How can I create a Excel sheet about grades?

I want to make a Grading sheet of my students using Excel, Im planning on making the Sheet1 my 1st Grading which includes : Name (cell A2) ,Quiz (cell B2), Recitation (cell C2) and Attendance (cell D2). Is there an IF statement that I could get 30% of the Quiz and Attendance and get 35% of Recitation and get 60% of those 3 and put them on cell E2?
