Mole report!!! Any tips for recuperating moles?

The mole has emerged from surgery and had her little poorly arm put back together again like a subterranean 'Humpty". Shes not exactly doing a lot of burrowing but the operation was successful (In NHS terms this means that they didn't kill her and the surgeons managed to avoid grafting themselves onto the patient) She is in very good spirits and has eaten her dinner like a good mole. If you have any of grandmas old mole physio tips please spill the beans.
