My girlfriends thing smells terrible PEW!!?

so i have been with this girl for like 6 months and we have like 4 times a week prolly. but i have been away for like two weeks and she just came to my house on her lunch break and we railed but her vag smelled absolutely horrible like a rotten burrito or egg salad left in the sun... is it because a lack of ? or what?
