Please help he with my puppy problem! I need anyone and everyones help! Please answer!?

My dog had rat terrier puppies on Dec. 15, 2007. Some ladies were interested in them so they came out and got them last Tuesday for $50 a puppy. And they were very happy with them. We sold them 2 very healthy puppies. Then on Thursday apparently 1 had died and the other one was "ruining," her house. But they were untrained, unhouse trained puppies. The lady said that they were peeing and pooping on her floor, nipping, barking, and scratching. Which is what puppies do, obviously. She said that the puppies weren't true to their breed, which they are, they are actually purebreds, because they peed and pooped and acted like a normal puppy should. So, yesterday (Sunday) she called and told my family this and said that she was going to bring the other alive puppy back to use. She also said that and left a note that said that we were suppose to pay for: the cremating of the dead pup, a trip to the vet (idk why she had to take them to the vet), the supposed damage to (Exact words) good pants,
