Bipolar Disorder Help?
Some things that I do: Listen to "Brain Power" cd. Switched to decaf (that was hard because I really wanted that caffiene). Meditate with my eyes covered. Surrender and let myself be "powerless" so that my mind is not always struggling and that teaches me to trust. I also like clical music so that lyrics don't interrupt my mind from processing the music. Honesty is the best policy, even if it feels like your killing yourself because a new you will emerge. Every month take something in your life that you hid from yourself and admit it to yourself. Decide to talk to somebody about it if you like. The "Growing Down" exercises at coping.org helped me quite a bit.
