What kind of water do you use for your saltwater tank?

i use reverse osmosis its the best. distilled water is water that has been evaporated then captured and cooled back to water. its more pure than reverse osmosis uming standard starting water but its more expensive and store bought distilled water has been captured into copper containers which leeches into the water and will kill inverts
