How do i become a building appraisal?

I am not sure how legit the online schools are! But both careers are great! Personally I would prefer the inspector over the apprasiel because its less paper work and in my area it pay 250 per 2000 sqft. This normally takes an hour or two. Check your local CC they have these type of programs and they dont take long to finish
