I don't understand! How come I haven't dropped a single pound?
I've eaten "healthy" for quite some time now but have really stepped it up since the beginning of January by eating no processed foods and for the past month have eaten no gluten with a diet consisting mainly of meat, veggies, dairy, and some fruit. I also run 20-40 minutes 6 days a week and strength train 3 days a week. All of this for a little over 2 months and what do I get? Absolutely nothing!! I haven't lost a single pound and more importantly haven't seen ANY improvement in how I look and others testify to this! It's so depressing and awful when I see skinny girls going around eating whatever they want and never exercising while I live denying myself of anything bad with absolutely no results, but instead of giving up I feel like becoming even more strict but don't know what else to do... I also IF (intermittent fast) but maybe I should do this more? Why hasn't anything happened!
