Fantasy Basketball trade proposal: Duncan and Iverson for Deron Williams, Pau Gasol, and Vince Carter?

I am third in the league, and would be getting A.I. and Duncan, also going to pick up Conley off waivers to compensate for the ists I am giving up in the trade, what do you guys think?
