How to get rid of unwanted facial & body hairs permanently?

I am 20 yrs old boy & i really don't like unwanted hairs on my face & on whole body.I like a fair & soft skin.What should i do except laser treatment & electrolysis(because its too costly) to get rid of these hairs permanently.Can anyone suggest any hair inhibiting cream available in India.
