If it indeed has 46 chromosomes then option 5 is not correct. Option 1 could apply to any cell depending upon the genes that are mutated. Option 2 is wrong as red blood cells when fully formed are enucleate i.e. do not have any chromosomes. Also option 4 is not correct as gametes have 1/2 normal genetic number (23 chromosomes). The only option that still could be possible is 3!
