Is the married female children has right over property earned by father after his death with mother alive?

I am 4th child in the family of 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Father pes away 4 years back and mother is alive. Do I and my elder sister (widow) have the rights over the property earned by my father? He scribbled an unsigned and unregistered will in favor of my two bothers. Will that have any bearing? My brothers have already sold part of property (one house) and planning to dispose off / demolish and reconstruct other house. Please advice about our rights as married female child with two major children.
