PSP fell 5 story Building? How can i fix it?

It cost me 250 the ohat one well i was at the window checkin if it has scratches by the light when accidentally my hand was ery so it slipped it fell on someones head & Almost kill Them do you think he will call the police but i want to know how to fix the UMD CAUSE IT WONT PLAY!
