Scene Hairdos?

Im getting a scene hair cut and i know what i want. but is there anything you can do with scene hair? like pigails? or that type of stuff. it would be pretty boring if all u could do is wear it down or straightened all the time. i bought some really cool bobby pins that are big and thick and they are neon colors but what do i do with them??
