What's the difference between Optiplex and Precision from Dell?

The Dell Optiplex line is much more stable and is considered a business cl product line. By stable I refer to the fact that models do not change as often. In addition for any given model designation the Optiplex will contain the same parts whereas the Dimension parts makeup can change on a daily basis. (Dell uses just-in-time inventory methods.)
