Windows 7 limited connectivity after virus attack?

hi. i just fended off a trojan virus; the Antimalware Doctor, and i was able to remove the hidden process, and delete, then ran malwarebytes just to be sure. after i restarted my computer, i was unable to successfully connect to any wireless network. it showed 'limited connectivity'. so what i am thinking is that the virus screwed up my computer as it was removed.
