Can the 76ers make the playoffs this year?

I think they are getting better and can possibly contend for the 8th or 7th seed. I dont think they will be the highly competitive team everyone thought they would be by signing Elton Brand, but I at least think they are getting better. They are currently on a 5 game win streak...maybe thatll end tonight against the Spurs? Who knows. I <3 basketball
