Fried calamari? Bodies or tentacles?

I own an Italian restaurant and want to showcase Calamari Fritti (fried squid) as an appetizer special. I live outside of Chicago. What is the norm around the midwest...rings of calamari (bodies) or the finger-looking tentacles? I want this app special to be appealing. I am weary of tentacles but my husband says we should use both parts. Help!!!
