I need Advice about a guy?

There is this guy i like alot. i live next to him. i use to see him alot when i was friends with his sister. and he would be mean around me not to a bully extent but a little ruff with me like throw foot ball at us and water balloons stuff like that. i and call me names. but the last couple of years he has been ..........nice. when me and his sister got into it his sister called me a name and his other brother called me a name he stood up for me. And one night we talked for like an hour. Oh an he apologized for calling me names and throwing thing at me. And also one time a group of my friends came over and we went over to his house to see his sister.He opened the door and said that his sister was not home and then he acted weird I walked away because he was not saying anything as I walked away I noticed he was talking to one of my Friends and i called for her she would not come so i went over there mad that he was talking to them not me and told her to come on and she went with me i asked what they were talking about and she said he was trying to tell her something about me. right then i wished i had let her stay but it was to late i still to this day do not know what he was going to say. I an know me an his sister do not talk often so i do not see him that much.but i still have a crush on him so what i need for you is does it seem like he likes me too?
