High Intensity Interval Work Out?
I'm interested in what weight lifters think of doing HIIT. I want to build up muscle. I am in good shape, can jog about 2 miles non stop (outside) 5 (inside). So, tell me, will HIIT be better for my muscle gain or will 45 minute cardio do me right?
