I think my sunroof drains are blocked where do I find drain tubes?

I have a renault megane scenic and have water coming in.It was ok up until 1 month ago.I believe it could be the sunroof drains are block(the car has to sunroofs)does anyone know where to find where the sunroof drains to.I have had a looked in the wheel arches but cannot see where they might be
