You could charge the three bouncers with ault. Not sure how far that would go (I have only seen your side of the story), it would be up to the court to decide their guilt or innocence. Tell the Police you are interested in prosecuting them. You could also sue the three of them, the club owner, and anyone else involved either directly or vicariously for this. You should speak with a lawyer about that.
