What can I do if I am always being followed in walmart by a manager everytime I go into the store?

Everytime I go into wal-mart to shop and this one manager is on her shift she continues to follow me and my friend throughout the store. To be spiteful we would go around the isle's and go back and forth to try to make her annoyed enough to back off... but we see very clearly that we are being followed. She even tells other employees to ask "if we need help finding anything, etc..." (they ask us multiple times when we are in there) Me and my friend both have clean records and don't steal, is there anything we can do about this, such as harment and how would we go about doing it? Some things that I do: Listen to "Brain Power" cd. Switched to decaf (that was hard because I really wanted that caffiene). Meditate with my eyes covered. Surrender and let myself be "powerless" so that my mind is not always struggling and that teaches me to trust. I also like clical music so that lyrics don't interrupt my mind from processing the music. Honesty is the best policy, even if it feels like your killing yourself because a new you will emerge. Every month take something in your life that you hid from yourself and admit it to yourself. Decide to talk to somebody about it if you like. The "Growing Down" exercises at coping.org helped me quite a bit.

My dog had rat terrier puppies on Dec. 15, 2007. Some ladies were interested in them so they came out and got them last Tuesday for $50 a puppy. And they were very happy with them. We sold them 2 very healthy puppies. Then on Thursday apparently 1 had died and the other one was "ruining," her house. But they were untrained, unhouse trained puppies. The lady said that they were peeing and pooping on her floor, nipping, barking, and scratching. Which is what puppies do, obviously. She said that the puppies weren't true to their breed, which they are, they are actually purebreds, because they peed and pooped and acted like a normal puppy should. So, yesterday (Sunday) she called and told my family this and said that she was going to bring the other alive puppy back to use. She also said that and left a note that said that we were suppose to pay for: the cremating of the dead pup, a trip to the vet (idk why she had to take them to the vet), the supposed damage to (Exact words) good pants,

I don't understand! How come I haven't dropped a single pound?

I've eaten "healthy" for quite some time now but have really stepped it up since the beginning of January by eating no processed foods and for the past month have eaten no gluten with a diet consisting mainly of meat, veggies, dairy, and some fruit. I also run 20-40 minutes 6 days a week and strength train 3 days a week. All of this for a little over 2 months and what do I get? Absolutely nothing!! I haven't lost a single pound and more importantly haven't seen ANY improvement in how I look and others testify to this! It's so depressing and awful when I see skinny girls going around eating whatever they want and never exercising while I live denying myself of anything bad with absolutely no results, but instead of giving up I feel like becoming even more strict but don't know what else to do... I also IF (intermittent fast) but maybe I should do this more? Why hasn't anything happened!

Despite this difference in cultural background they all share a common lack of the English language skill which imposes an immediate disadvantage and a rather difficult task in receiving a US citizenship. That is why the Arab American Culture and Community Center is working diligently to serve the community with cles in ESL English courses along with US citizenship prep courses. We will have these cles up and running by April and have cles scheduled three days a week. As the US citizenship test increased in difficulty and has updated since 2001 some feel anxiety to take the new exam. That is why we will offer this cl to anyone who chooses to enroll, free of charge. We will have translation in English, Arabic and Spanish but stress students learn English in our ESL cles as the US citizenship test will be in English. How can I increase the density of a B/W negative?

I had a similar problem once. I wanted the image area to "float" with no light surrounding it. But even a dense black from a negative or transparency isn't black enough. I have a Vauxhall Vectra Auto. The Engine Mgmt light is on and car is under pwered. Is it a prob with gearbox?

The car is a 2005 model with triptronic gearbox. Took it to a mechanic who did the engine diagnostics and says that it could be a gearbox fault and might need replacement. He's advised me to take it to a vauxhall main dealer. Car has done about 80K miles. I took the car about 6 months back and has been driving beautifully until last week. Any advise would be welcome. If gearbox needs change, any idea what it would cost me and what alternatives are available in the market. Sorry, but am a car nerd!!

Why do people weigh oppression and rank it contextually? (ex. Tropic Thunder)

People weigh oppression because we see our side first and another person's side of the issue is secondary in your subconcious. For instance to me, racism and ism are at the front of my mind before the issues facing the mentally disabled because I am not aware of those issues. Because people are ignorant of how other people are oppressed, they are more likely to believe that the oppression they've encountered should be more offensive when displayed than oppression that faces other people. For instance, which is more offensive to me, a black woman, c**t or the n-word? Aren't they both words that have signified the oppression of two of the social groups I was born into? Why would I rank them? Etc. Etc. It all boils down to the way we tend to group ourselves.

I don't understand anything involved with economics in my AP Us History cl?

In a nutshell, the author seeks to persuade you that the depression starting in 1929 was caused by poor government mismanagement rather than by irresponsible greedy investors. In the first paragraph, the author mentions buying on margin and how it was not done more at the time we started the depression, as compared to some years beforehand. The author suggests the opposite that there was less buying on margin. The point the author wants to make is that we did not see margin buying skyrocket and result in an economic collapse, as he suggests others would want you to believe. What is margin buying? Basically like buying stocks on your credit card. When the price of stocks comes down, you still have to pay. That is not an accurate definition, but serves to make the point that there is risk and uncertainty in buying on margin. The actual process is giving cash to a broker to buy stocks, and then using the value of your stocks to borrow the money to buy more stocks. The broker will only lend you, say, 50% of the value of your original stock to fund your margin account. If the value of that stock goes down, the 50% you can borrow is a smaller number. If the smaller number is less than you actually borrowed, the broker wants you to put in more cash to make it up. This is a "margin call." When people cannot cover their margin calls, on a wide spread basis due to significant other economic problems, the result in an affect on other factors of the economy. Hence, margin purchases are seen by some as risky and irresponsible. However, it is the point of the author that others have blamed margin purchasing for the great depression, that it is not true, that certain government actions caused the great depression.

I am a 52 year old LPN nurse who has been working for 28 years. My body is breaking down but my mind is still sharp. I am still mobile and independent but I don't know how much longer I can continue with patient care. I have considered claiming disibillity but would still like to continue to do some kind of work in my field. I have hypertension with elevated cholesterol and have type 2 diabetes. I am starting to have some signs of neuropathy in my lower extremities. I have 2 bulging disc in my lower back, just from years of wear and tear. I have extreme difficulty in lifting and turning patients any more. Up until this last week I was still working 48 to 64 hrs a week and making a really good living. Unfortunately my health is suffering terribly because of my work. I have a Doctors appointment tomorrow. It's only been a month since my last appointment but my blood sugar levels are becoming more unstable and at the most he won't allow me to go longer than 3 months without a checkup. I am not financially stable and am so afraid of how I am going to make ends meet if I can't continue to work but I just don't know what else I can do.

Concern over dog's anxiety?

As I am not sure if your dog is always anxious--I will tell you what we do for ours. We have 2 6 year old Bostons, and our female has high anxiety over any loud noises, fireworks, thunder, doorbells, etc. I saw a program on the tv about how to help dogs that have anxiety problems and they suggested getting either a dog shirt or a small t-shirt (like a toddler sized one) and putting it on them. The clothing makes them feel like they are constantly being cuddled and it lessens their anxiety. I thought it sounded silly, but when people were setting off fireworks I tried it and it worked a treat--she was fine! They also suggested maging the tips of their ears--it's a pressure point that can help calm them down as well. You could try them with your dog--hopefully you find something that works.

Any private school is better than a public school in my opinion. If your child goes to a Catholic school yes he/she will have to go to church. In the Catholic church it is a sin to miss M on Sunday. But if your not Catholic and don't want your child raised Catholic why send them to a Catholic school Send them to some other private school. The good thing about private schools is cl rooms are not as crowded the teacher have more one on one time. And a lot of the crap that the public schools have to abide by the private schools don't.

Ultimate picky eaters?

I have a whole family of picky eaters. My husband almost always eats fast food. I don't get fast food regularly for the kids but their 4 food groups seem to consist of cereal, PB&J, pizza, and McD's. BTW the kids are 4, 6, 8, and 15. The 15 and 8yr olds will at least try it before deciding. The 6yr old will cry as soon as she sees it isn't one of the 4 food groups and the 4yr old takes his cue from her. I have stopped making more than 1 meal and told them if you dont eat said meal you dont eat. My family isn't fat but I worry if they are getting the right nutrients. I have gotten them to increase their fresh fruit intake since its summer but what do I do after this? I am a good cook but in any given meal on any given day someone doesn't like something and won't eat. This includes chicken, beef, sauce, potatoes, pasta, hot dogs, the type of jelly on the PB&J or the toppings on the pizza. Nothing seems to be a favorite for too long. Any ideas?

Crappy Gifts?

Yes... i should be thankful the thought was there. But for Christmas, birthdays, holidays... everything, both my mom and my aunt have bought me really really bad, impractical gifts. While I cannot post my exact age, I would like to know how "normal," with the average 20-something getting about 3 colds per year, would it be for a person in my age bracket (especially a woman, since men average fewer colds in adulthood) to go from one birthday to another without getting a single cold, flu, or contagious illlness of any kind? I've had calendar years like that when I went from January 1st through December 31st of the years 2005 and 2009 without a single, solitary day of illness, but because of my DOB it has always worked-out to where I got one at every age-number of my life. But what if this year is different in that I turn the next year older without ever being sick, feverish, under the weather, etc. at this age? And what should I do to celebrate or to make it known to others that, "I never had a cold when I was such-and-such years old?" (That rhymes, too.)

You have everything you can possibly need but keeping your deck around 40 is hard for you. Your Spells my themselves are close to 40. Anyways I want to point out that you might want to add Dark Magician and Dark Eradicator Warlock along with Rapid Fire Magician. Seeing that you have a crap load of Spells those guys will wipe your opponent's life points pretty quick. You might want to go easy on the Spells still though. A Hero Emerges is a great card but I would try to place all my M/T down so all I have is Monster in my hand. I would also not worry on Lycanthrope so much unless you really need a ritual in the deck. I hope I helped and try those things out and if you get this to 40 then you are the most limiting person I have ever known. It is hard to come from a 60-70 card deck to 40. You start actually thinking about what you NEED and what you WANT. It is ok to have what you want but it is a better road for something you need.

Water cooled transmission oil cooler?

When I drive my car in stop and go traffic the oil in the transmission gets extremely hot and I have had to pull over and let it cool off several times and its a brand new transmission with an air cooled cooler. If I rigged up a water cooled cooler with a heat exchanger and fan to chill the water would that remove heat better? Or maybe even a cooler with heatpipes to remove the heat? We have a 2 50 ton hydraulic punch presses at work and 1 has a normal water cooled chiller and the other has a chiller with heat pipes. The one with heat pipes has never overheated and the normal one over heats several times a week.

Why does my horse dance around while being tacked up?

I have owned my pony for a little over 2 years. He started to dance around while being tacked up last spring, then he stopped for a couple weeks and started again. I haven't even put the saddle pad on his back and he starts it. Its very annoying. He likes to try to bite me when I take off or put a blanket on and buckle up the front of it. He is a little mouthy. He's fine for bridling and grooming, but right when i get the saddle pad out or training pad and hover it over his back, he starts to swing his everywhere and walk forward and dance around. Its really irritating. I don't know how to fix this. He stands on the cross ties perfectly when I'm cleaning out his stall, he doesn't mind them. I'm adopting my cousin's baby...how should we both be feeling right now? Is this normal?

My cousin is 19 and got pregnant last year. She never told a soul nor sought any medical treatment until she was in her eighth month of pregnancy. This is where my husband and I come in. We can't have children and I'm twenty-seven. My cousin offered us her baby because she has no job, no education, no home, support system or even transporation. We agreed and got everything in writing including a power of attorney so that we can make decisions for this baby until the adoption is final. Here is the problem; the hospital let her bond for 4 days. She had an emergency c-section and the baby was in the neo-natal unit because he got sick. They wouldn't let any family in just her and her parents. By the time we got him four days later, my cousin and her parents were undecided on what they wanted. My husband and I agreed to walk away with no hard feelings but once they realized they were going to be emotionally and financially responsible for this child, they threw him at us. Now my cousin is calling crying, confused and she's depressed. Her parents have an attitude with us but we are the ones who got prepared for this baby with a month's notice while they sat around doing nothing. I feel guilty but at the same time I'm resentful. I love this baby but this situation is turning into a nightmare. They want rights to call themselves mom, grandma and grandpa but have done nothing for this child. Another area that had just been built before I quit playing was a watery/cave area with troglodytes. I think there was a part with a tower and rooms full of goblins or orcs. I think there was a PvP area/arena(?). Your new character would arrive on these docks and to the right would be town and to the left there was a little wooded area that led to a newbie castle with kobolds. There were several 'town' type areas. This was all a 2d little thing, many years ago, and it was not the best drawn, I mean, it was more about game play than anything. Also, I think the name of the game started with the letter 'M' or 'L'. As I recall, Maslow's theory starts with very basic, essential needs like "Security," and goes on to less essential needs like Self-Fulfillment or Self-actualization. Where does Cosmo fit into this scheme? Clearly, reading Cosmo will not make you safer. It might help you earn a living, which is still toward the top of the hierarchy, but my guess is that it will contribute most to the lower (less essential, more optional) side of the list -- self fulfillment.

Christening Reception?

My husband wants to have an "open" guestlist for our daughter's christening, but would like to do it on a budget. Does anyone have any idea on where to host a christening reception on December? All I can think of are restaurants, but because of the large number of people he'd like to invite, that's out of the question (imagine paying at least $25-50 for 100 or so people!) hi. i just fended off a trojan virus; the Antimalware Doctor, and i was able to remove the hidden process, and delete, then ran malwarebytes just to be sure. after i restarted my computer, i was unable to successfully connect to any wireless network. it showed 'limited connectivity'. so what i am thinking is that the virus screwed up my computer as it was removed.

To work in the field about trafficking you'll probably want to study international relations and possibly earn a JD to open doors into the non-profit world.

Motocross helmet for street use?

so i ride a ninja 250r i just started about 2 months ago. im 6'2" and a bit on the heavy side so i have a big head and most XXL large helmet fit me very snug, im currently using a scorpion EX400 but since its snug it get pretty hot in there and its kinda uncomfortable since i where gles as well and all other helmets ive tried fit me like this as well, except for motocross helmet. they are longer so my head has more rooms to breath and they are more fresh. the one i was looking at is DOT approved but is the wind drag as bad as people make it seem? i ride mostly in the street about 10 miles round trip from home to work. do you guys think this is a good idea?

I had a S&W SW40F blowback and I could get about 3 clips of 40 rounds. The KSC Uzi blowback uses 1 for a 40 round clip but can be improved to do about 2.5. It depends on 3 things, the weather (temperature air pressure and possibly humidity) the efficiency of the gun, and the construction. If you have a blowback that will use more air, if you have a solid metal gun that is blowback that will use more. Look at reviews on youtube and the web for the gun you are looking at and they will usually say how efficient it is.

So there's this Junior dude in our pe cl(we're sopres). How do I get my 15 year old son to moderate his language. His swearing and name-calling is completely unacceptable.
